I get an error "Cannot copy setup files to c:\ drive" when I attempt to do an upgrade install from XP Pro SP2.
My system config is as follows:
Athlon XP 2400+ MSI NForce 2 MB 80 GB System Drive 2X 120GB Data Drives ATI Radeon 9700 All In Wonder AGP 128MB Integrated Nvidia SoundStorm Audio Integrated Nvidia NIC 1GB (2X512MB) Dual Channel DDR333
It isn't my installation CD, as Vista installs just fine from it on other PCs.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Upgrade Install Error: Cannot copy setup files to c:\ drive
Check the drive Properties (security) tab to make sure there is no write permissions on the drive. Does this occur everytime you launch setup? -- -- Andre Windows Connected | http://www.windowsconnected.com Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta
